The times are shifting and we often feel suspended awaiting our next move.
We journey together at this gathering and with gentle and loving prompts we are guided to go deeper into our cells and allow the creative and spirit expression of our souls to have voice, word and movement.
It takes courage to allow the familiar to fall away and the new and unknown to be revealed.
This is the call of each day and alongside it is the response-ability to remain calm and at ease.

I facilitate through prompts and gestures, body, voice and spoken word the "Art of Be-ing in the Moment" and travelling "Between the Worlds" into our multi-dimensional s'elves.
